St. Patrick's Day Avocado Toast Recipe






Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 lemon
sea salt
black pepper
crushed red pepper flake

Directions:
Mash the avocado in a small bowl until chunky. Add the juice from the lemon. Add a generous shake of red pepper flake. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Toast the bread. Spread onto the toast and enjoy.
