Mini Triple Berry Cobblers

Mini Triple Berry Cobblers
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 large egg
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Vanilla ice cream for serving

Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease 6 small baking dishes or ramekins. Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Divide the berries between the ramekins and evenly drizzle lemon juice on top of them all. Stir together egg, sugar and flour until it resembles course meal. Sprinkle over the berries. Drizzle melted butter over the topping and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let sit 10 minutes before serving and serve warm with ice cream.
