4th of July in West Palm Beach

One of my favorite holidays is the 4th of July. I love watching the fireworks, eating good food and getting a whole day to celebrate the great country I live in. This year, I thought it would be fun to do a round up of patriotic sips & bites in West Palm Beach because who doesn't love a little red, white & blue with your meal?

The first item on this list is definitely the healthiest option. The Lil Flag Bowl from Field of Greens is a delicious breakfast option this 4th of July. It has strawberries, bananas, blueberries, local granola, Sambazon organic acai, organic coconut, and a honey drizzle.

It’s poppin' at PDQ! Stop by to pick up their yummy Firecracker Shake. It consists of red velvet cake, strawberries, vanilla ice cream, popping candy, whipped cream & sprinkles.

There's nothing like a big slice of apple pie on 4th of July. I highly recommend visiting Subculture Coffee for a piece of their Apple Crisp Pie. Trust me, it's as good as it looks.

4th of July wouldn't be complete without a little red, white & blue  ice cream. I recommend going to Carvel to get a scoop of black cherry and a scoop of strawberry ice cream with coconut on top.  Yum!

When in doubt, stop by Aioli. I treated myself to a refreshing watermelon lemonade and a slice of their coconut cake. Talk about a taste of summer!
