A Spooktacular Halloween Menu

Happy Halloween! This year I kept the menu simple with some pumpkin shaped pasta I picked up at Whole Foods. Of course I had to pair it with my favorite jarred marinara sauce, Rao's Arrabbiata. If you haven't tried this sauce, I highly recommend you do! It's a great alternative to homemade sauce. Even though the sauce and pasta are so good you could just leave it at that, I wanted to kick things up a notch further so I made this recipe for homemade meatballs. It was festive and delicious!

For dessert I made chocolate peanut butter bars with white chocolate ghosts painted on them I got the inspiration from Half Baked Harvest but used this recipe. They are so easy to make and don't even need any oven time, just mix and refrigerate!

I didn't get a chance to dress up this year, Mr. Shan and I opted for a quiet night at home watching Halloween movies, but I loved seeing everyone else's costumes. Check out some of my favs below!
