Spinach, Mushroom and Swiss Cheese Quiche

Honestly, what's not to love about quiche?! It's easy to make, feeds a crowd and looks pretty enough to serve at a brunch or dinner party. Oh - and it tastes good! 

When I was flipping through the Magnolia Table cookbook, this mushroom, spinach and swiss cheese quiche caught my eye. Joanna also features other quiche recipes in her cookbook that I definitely want to try after making this one. 

Chef's notes: The only thing I changed is when I added the seasonings. I opted to add the salt, pepper & garlic powder in with the sautéed mushrooms instead of at the end when you mix everything together. I just thought it would give more flavor to the mushrooms that way.
