One Bowl Brownies

One Bowl Brownies have been a family staple for many years. I'm obsessed with them. They're easy to make, clean up (hello...one bowl)  and eat (duh). Try these out and let me know what y'all think. It's a Christmas miracle I've stopped eating these long enough to type all this out...😋

One Bowl Brownies
4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl at HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter or margarine is melted.
3. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour.
4. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes (do not over-bake).
5. Once the brownies come out of the oven, sprinkle the bag of chocolate chips over them and let melt. Once the chocolate has melted, spread it around evenly.
6. Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into squares and serve.
