Peanut Clusters
1 bar Baker's German chocolate
1 bag butterscotch chips
1 can Spanish peanuts

1. Melt German chocolate and butterscotch chips over a double boiler on medium heat. 
2. Remove chocolate from the heat and add Spanish peanuts. Stir to combine.
3. Lay out sheets of parchment paper in an area where the clusters can harden and set.
4. Use a small cookie scoop to spoon clusters onto parchment paper. 
5. Wait until they set and then eat or refrigerate them.
