My Favorite Healthy Snacks


Everyone snacks but it's what you're snacking on that makes a difference! On my journey to improve my eating habits, I've discovered some snacks that not only taste amazing but are good for your body too! Keep reading for my ultimate favs! 

Hummus with Veggies 
I recently discovered Ithaca's Lemon Garlic Hummus and it is amazing!  I've bought 4 containers in two weeks so I guess you can say I'm obsessed!

Greek Yogurt with Berries
I get the plain, full fat Greek yogurt because once I add the berries, I don't miss the sugar from the flavored ones. I'll either eat this for a snack or breakfast. 

Peanut Butter & Fruit
Thank goodness for peanut butter because without it, I would have relapsed from all of my sugar cravings. My favorite combination is peanut butter and bananas!

Turkey & Mustard
Do yourself a favor and get Boar's Head Honey Maple Turkey. It's the only kind I'll eat because it's that tasty! For mustard, I love Grey Poupon's Country Dijon because it has a strong kick to it.
