Blueberry Crumble Muffins

These muffins are always such a hit and you won't believe how easy they are to make. Not even kidding - I probably make these at least once a week!


1 box blueberry muffin mix (I use Krusteaz)
vegetable oil
1 pint fresh blueberries
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar

  1. For the muffins, heat oven and mix up ingredients as it says on the back of the box except for the canned blueberries, I sub in fresh.
  2. Place softened butter in large mixing bowl. Add flour and sugar and mix together until a crumble forms.
  3. Once you have the batter mixed up and the crumble made, scoop out the batter to fill your muffin tins 3/4 of the way full. Sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for the time listed on the back of the muffin box.
  4. After the muffins are finished baking, let them cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes.
