Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

1 cup olive oil
1⁄2 cup almonds
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1⁄2 tsp paprika
20 kalamata olives
10 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Add everything to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. 

Pairs well with Rosemary Focaccia Bread
